Raw Chocolate and Carob Hearts (Valentines’ Edition)

Thinking of making something special for your loved ones this coming Valentines? Try out this chocolate recipe that has a carob flavour to it!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cacao butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp roasted carob powder
- 3 tbsp carob syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp natural vanilla
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Melt the cacao butter.
- Mix cacao butter, cacao powder, roasted carob powder, coconut nectar, coconut oil, natural vanilla and salt together.
- Mix and blend them together well.
- Pour mixture into a mould.
- Refrigerate till the chocolate is set.
- Serve!
