Time to get the party started with these no-bake energy balls. They are vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and dairy-free. They have only 6 ingredients, they are super easy to make, and they are perfect to be added to your Healthy Meal Planning or Low calories snack idea 💡 Available in Lazada and Shopee
Ingredients 🍽
5 large Medjool dates (pitted)
½ cup (50gr) walnuts
½ cup cashew nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon natural almond butter
3 tablespoon of coconut flakes (optional)
Preparation 🥣
1. In a food processor combine dates, walnuts, cashew nut, and 1 tsp vanilla and pulse until it becomes a sandy-like texture.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients: 2 tablespoon carob powder and 1 tablespoon natural almond butter. Pulse a few more times until fully combined and of crumbly texture.
3. Rotate the ball between your palms so that the batter is tight and the ball is spherical.
4. Coat the balls with shredded coconut, carob powder if you prefer
5. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
