My family loves Sausages, be it Bratwurst, Chipolata, Chorizo, or even Chinese Sausages! Throwing Sausages into a pasta dish give it so much flavour, especially with its skin removed & chopped. It’s one of those comfort food that you can eat it over & over again.
Sausages, Prawns, Kale & Cherry Tomatoes in this weeknight meal add so much goodness to the #OrganicPasta loaded with Chia Seeds. 150g Black Chia Pasta
150g Brown Chia Pasta
4-6 Chicken/Pork Sausages (remove outer skin & chop)
100g Cherry Tomatoes
100g Kale Salad
5 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Butter
¼ cup White wine
½ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Pasta Water
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to instructions on the packaging. I prefer mine Al Dente, so I removed it earlier.
2️⃣ Meanwhile, rinse vegetables & cut Tomatoes into halves.
3️⃣ Heat oil & fry Chopped Sausages till golden brown. Drain & set aside.
4️⃣ Add Butter & sauté Galic till fragrant. Throw in Prawns.
5️⃣ When Prawns turned slightly opaque, add Tomatoes, White Wine & Pasta Water.
6️⃣ When Tomatoes turned soft, throw in Salt, Pasta, Kale, & stir thoroughly.
7️⃣ Lastly, add Chopped Sausages & mix well. Transfer your Delicious Italian Sausage Aglio Olio onto serving plate.
