This has a natural sweetness. It has a slightly mentholated and woody taste too. SUPER GOOD WITH PANCAKES ESPECIALLY. I literally had ¼ of the bottle down for more pancakes. I crave sugar a lot and this really helps me get some natural sugar rather than eating all the processed candies and treats. Seriously love how I could just squeeze to drizzle all over my pancakes than having the need to scoop honey from a jar and cause even more mess.
