Matcha Almond Carob Ball

Ingredients
- 2 cups pure roasted almond butter
- ¼ cup The Australian Carob Co. Pure
- Roasted Carob Powder
- ¼ cup The Australian Carob Co. Pure
- Raw Carob Powder
- ¼ cup The Australian Carob Co. Pure Carob Syrup
- ¾ cup organic coconut flour
- 1 cup organic coconut milk
- 3 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp organic real vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- Real Green Matcha (for garnish/finishing touches)
Preparation
1. Combine all measured ingredients and mix thoroughly into a paste. Adjust liquid and powder if too dry or too wet.
2. Take small amounts of the paste and roll it into balls between your palms.
3. Roll the balls in real green matcha powder and set them on a piece of parchment on a plate for refrigerating.
4. Keep chilled until serving. Enjoy!
