For those who have tried our recipe for Carob Chai Lattes, we have created a
healthy dessert that you can share with your loved ones. A dessert that are packed
with protein, caffeine and sugar free that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Ingredients you need for your Carob Chai Latte Chia Pudding:
3 tablespoons black chia seeds
2 tablespoons carob syrup (if you think the carob chai latte mix is sweet enough,
there is no need to add the syrup)
1 teaspoon of Carob Chia Latte mix
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of no sugar yogurt or almond butter
Chopped nuts (your desire) and a cinnamon stick to garnish
Whisk together the chia seeds, syrup, carob chai latte mix, and milk in a bowl. Allow
the mixture to sit for 15 – 20 minutes until it has thickened. Give it a stir before
serving then add the chia pudding into your desired serving containers. Top with the
yogurt/almond butter, chopped nuts, and a cinnamon stick if desired.
