Ingredients:
Taverner’s Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky Honey Mead
Taverner’s Brewery Honey Mead
Orange Juice
Mint Leaves

Method:
1. Pour 50ml of Taverner’s Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky Honey Mead into the shaker tin.
2. Pour 25ml of Taverner’s Brewery Honey Mead.
3. Pour 100ml of Orange Juice.
4. Smash 4 pieces of Mint Leaves and drop into the shaker tin.
5. Put some ice cubes into the shaker tin.
6. Shake all the ingredients and strain into the tall glass.
7. To garnish, add mint leaves and serve!
