Intense in colour, rich in flavour. This porter blends the taste of chocolate and toffee with a hint of liquorice. Together with spicy notes from Leatherwood Honey that are evident in the aroma and also in the aftertaste.

The Honey Pale Ale is light in both colour and body which has a refreshing clean crisp finish.
Dry hopped, using Tasmanian Cascade hops giving a light aroma of tropical fruits with a biscuit malt flavour. The Tasmanian clover honey adds a hint of sweetness that combines well with the hop and malt flavours. This ale is bottled conditioned creating a natural sediment.
