Strawberry, Pistachio, Chia and Carob Pudding

Nutrient-packed roasted Carob powder meets superfood chia seeds in this delectable Strawberry, Pistachio, Chia and Carob Pudding recipe.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- 3/4 cup pistachios
- 3/4 cup overnight soaked chia seeds* (should have a thick consistency)
- 2 tbsps The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 tsp pure real vanilla extract
Instructions

Spoon the soaked chia seeds into a small bowl. Add the carob powder and vanilla extract. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Divide your chia mixture into two serving bowls or glasses.

Layer carob-chia mixture, strawberries, and pistachios. Top with one whole strawberry and dust with carob powder.

- To achieve a flavorful, thick, and creamy consistency, we soaked our chia seeds in unsweetened almond milk for 24 hours.
