Over the last year, we all have experienced a lot of cognitive role transitions. You are on a work call, and suddenly you remember, you forgot about preparing lunch. You are having a meal and someone messages you that they need some work done ASAP. ⠀

For me, the most ignored meal of the day is breakfast. Given the fast depleting boundaries between work and personal life, I often end up dumping things together to make myself a bowl of cereal or a smoothie bowl. I try different kinds of cereals to keep things interesting without any effort.⠀
