Leatherwood Honey Carbonara Toast
A Delicious Leatherwood Honey Carbonara Toast for your Morning Breakfast

Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp Cradle Mountain Leatherwood Honey
¼ cup of uncooked bacon
¼ cup of cooked bacon
1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter
2 slices sandwiches breads
2 eggs
Shredded Parmigiano cheese
Japanese Mayonnaise
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
Instruction
1. Combine the Honey and Butter well together
2. Spread the Honey Butter mixture over the bread on both sides of the breads
3. Put the Mayonnaise around the bread-like building a wall
4. Crack one egg onto each bread, the mayonnaise wall will prevent the egg to fall off
5. Put the uncooked bacon on one bread and the cooked bacon on another
6. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese on each bread
7. Baked the breads at 220 degrees for 5 minutes
8. Enjoy.
