Cherry, Carob, and Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl
You know what they say about smoothie bowls. The thicker, the better? We’re happy to share that our Cherry, Carob and Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl surpass that requirement. This thick smoothie bowl recipe has the consistency of ice cream and offers a perfect base for a myriad of tasty toppings.
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dark cherries, frozen
- 3/4 cup pomegranate
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
- 1 tbsp The Australian Carob Co. Carob Syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend on low until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Scoop into the serving bowls, dust with carob powder, and add your desired toppings.
