The Australian Honey Watermelon Mochi
Watermelon mochi 西瓜麻薯
What you’ll need:
150g glutinous rice flour
200ml watermelon juice (no pulp)
5ml @foreveryoungsingapore @honeyaustralia organic honey
10ml oil

👩🏻🍳Recipe:
-Blend watermelon and sift out pulp (I used yellow watermelon becos that’s what we have at home!)
-Mix all above ingredients together
-Cook over low heat until mochi forms
-Cling wrap mochi n chill in fridge for 1hr
-Coat mochi w cooked glutinous rice flour
-Slice into desired size
-Voilà! Serve n enjoy!
