Kumquat Chicken and Rice

What you’ll need:
Chicken thigh
8 Kumquat
@toppingskids Ivenet pure soy sauce
@toppingskids pure sesame oil
1 garlic clove
1 small ginger root
@foreveryoungsingapore @honeyaustralia organic honey
Rice

👩🏻🍳Recipe:
-Cook rice as usual n set aside
-In a blender, blend 8 kumquat, @toppingskids Ivenet pure soy sauce, @toppingskids pure sesame oil, garlic clove, ginger root, water n @foreveryoungsingapore organic honey
-Marinate chicken thigh with mixture for 30mins (in fridge)
-Preheat oven, bake at 180degree 30-35min
-Decorate with kumquat slices n serve w rice
-Viola! Serve n enjoy!
