𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄𝐘 𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐅𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐎𝐍

60ml Taverner’s Tasmanian Whisky Honey Mead
10ml Simple Syrup
Angostura bitter
1 Orange Peel

1) Add 10ml of Simple Syrup to a rock glass, followed by adding an ice sphere
2) Pour the 60ml Taverner’s Tasmanian Whisky Honey Mead
3) Stir and add 3-4 dash of Angostura bitter
3) Twist the Orange Peel to express the oil, rub the orange peel on the glass rim and drop it inside the drink
