Pesto Pasta with Pine Nuts
It’s Meatless Monday. A perfect day to enjoy my Pesto Pasta with Crushed Pine Nuts. I used Organic Pasta (made of brown rice and chia seeds). The pasta is perfect for this dish. The texture is chewy and yet firm. Totally exceeded my expectation (my hubby was hesitant at first, but then we all really enjoy it!).
I highly recommend you to try this pasta. It’s gluten-free, allergen-free, non-GMO, and full of nutrients. I will try the other variety soon. So excited!!
